H.R. 3535, the <a href="http://ceasd.org/child-first/alice-cogswell" target="_blank">Alice Cogswell and Anne Sullivan Macy Act</a>, will amend the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Individuals_with_Disabilities_Education_Act" target="_blank">Individuals with Disabilities Education Act</a> to address the unique needs of these populations.
